Campers’ Information
All information submitted must be accurate. It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the Camp Committee 2026 (support-dpm@campcovenant.com.sg) of any changes immediately.

Cancellation Policy  
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support-dpm@campcovenant.com.sg.
- Refunds are determined based on the following schedule:
     Cancellation Date, Refund Entitlement
     1.  Confirmed booking date to 9 May 2026 (inclusive) = 50% refund
     2.  10 May 2026 onwards = No refund

- If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days after 20 June 2026 (end of camp). 
- Refund considerations outside these windows will only be granted under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Camp Committee.

PDPA
By registering for Camp Covenant 2026, participants consent to CEFC and its appointed committees collecting, using, and retaining their personal data for all necessary purposes related to the administration and organisation of the camp, in accordance with CEFC’s PDPA policies.

Liability 
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they, and any individuals they register, are physically fit to participate in camp activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical practitioner. CEFC and the Camp Committee will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or mishaps that may occur during the camp, except where required by law.
Participants are required to comply with all rules and safety guidelines set by the Camp Committee.

Important Notes - Travel Insurance 
We strongly encourage participants to purchase their own travel insurance to ensure personal coverage during the trip.

Camp fee includes:
a. 3 nights hotel accommodation
b. Meals: 3 breakfasts + meals as per centre programme
*Due to hotel limitations, special dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, medical restrictions, vegetarian) cannot be accommodated. Campers with such needs should make their own meal arrangements during the camp.
c.   Camp T-shirt (for participants aged 12 and above)

Coach Transfer:
a.  Travel on 17 June (Wed) and 20 June (Sat) only 
b.  Route: Pickup/Drop-off Location (to be determined) ↔ Hotel, 2-way transfer only, no 1-way option
c.  Fee is non-refundable

Prestay (16 Jun only):
a.  King/Twin Room @ S$145 per room per night (includes breakfast for 2 pax)
b.  Triple Room @ S$195 per room per night (includes breakfast for 3 pax)



Booking Instructions

General Information

Booking Requirement
Please ensure you have the following information for all participants before starting your booking:

  • Full Name (as per passport), please ensure that you key in Name as per passport (Example-  LAST NAME: Tan,  FIRST NAME: Nelson Xiao Ming).
  • Date of Birth (age calculated based on event date, 17 June 2026)
  • Passport Number
  • Contact Number
  • District Mentor (if applicable)
  • T shirt size 

Travel Documents
- All passports must have at least 6 months’ validity from the travel date. Participants are responsible for any required visas or travel clearances.

    Room Allocation
    - All room types are assigned based on availability and confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis after registration.

    Communication & Confirmation 

    • The booking person (Booking IC) will be the point of contact for all correspondence related to this booking.
    • Room IC will be the person-in-charge for room key collection on the day of check-in.
    • Booking is considered confirmed only upon full payment.  
    • An email acknowledgement will be sent to the Booking IC after successful submission.
